Je me demandais, pour l'éléctrophorèse, comment on pouvait l'interpréter alors qu'il n'y a pas de témoin négatif (indispensable normalement si je ne me trompe) ?

Je me demandais, pour l'éléctrophorèse, comment on pouvait l'interpréter alors qu'il n'y a pas de témoin négatif (indispensable normalement si je ne me trompe) ?

Dans l'absolu tu as entièrement raison, on a besoin d'un témoins négatif. Mais dans les annales, il y a vraiment bcp de QCM où il ne figure pas de témoins négatif, et où elle n'a pas l'air de considérer ça comme un piège.
Je vais quand même aller lui poser la question, mais en attendant sa réponse, je te conseille de ne pas annuler complètement un QCM si il n'y a pas de témoin négatif dessus, fait pas comme si il n'y avait pas de contamination !

On a eu la réponse de la prof, je te met ce qu'elle a dit ici :
"Tout dépend de l’expérience qui est à analyser :
Une PCR ne peut pas être interprétée sans un témoin négatif. Par contre, lors d’une digestion enzymatique d’une PCR, comme la PCR a été vérifiée avant l’étape de digestion, il n’est donc pas nécessaire d’avoir le témoin négatif de PCR pour interpréter la digestion"
